William Harbert – Chief Information Officer
William Harbert is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of DeeDoc Rx. Mr. Harbert is a self-motivated systems analyst and programmer. He has worked on major development projects for the last 10 years. He is an expert on open source technology development. His expertise helps design, develop and integrate business solutions based on .NET, UNIX, Linux RHEL/Debian, TML, XML, PHP, JavaScript, mySQL, WebDev, and open source platforms. Mr. Harbert is an expert in forensic security, cryptography, application penetration testing, vulnerability testing, and information technology operations. He has been providing forensic consulting services for the past five years. He has worked at researching new technologies for better planning, monitoring data operations on customers’ networks, and assessing data integrity by monitoring solutions and procedures. He has performed network security maintenance, scanning, probing and defending of networks for clients. Mr. Harbert is a proven expert on network design, routers, switches, VPN and firewall implementation. Mr. Harbert is also a risk management professional and has a proven ability to protect vulnerable networks following detailed risk assessments. He also guides cross-functional teams in the design, validation, acceptance testing and implementation of secure, networked communications across remote sites for key clients. Mr. Harbert’s background also includes several years of experience on IP Telephony, PBX, and VOIP telecommunication. Mr. Harbert is a member of several security and web development focus groups. He is a Cisco Certified Entry Network Technician (CCENT) and Comptia A+ Certified.
