Folashade Jose, MD, MAS – Executive Director
Dr. Jose is the Director of Endoscopy for the Brody School of Medicine – East Carolina University (ECU) Greenville North Carolina, with over 20 years of experience practicing in the medical field. As a medical practitioner, Dr. Jose appreciates the immense effect of Healthcare IT implementation, operation and benefits when delivered properly. Dr. Jose obtained her medical degree from OAU University, Nigeria. She was a research specialist did at Duke University Medical Center in North Carolina, then continued to obtain her MAS and Fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). Her insight and experience in the field of HIT has helped our commitment to clients in better understanding the integration of healthcare and technology.
Dr. Jose was a medical officer at Randall Hospital and a medical supervisor at Mount Sinai Hospital, Nigeria. She has written several publications on Inflammatory Bowel Diseases. She has several awards and honors in her field. She is very active in her community and also on the national level by belonging to several associations. She is a member of American Academy of Pediatrics.
